Online - To request a tag, please contact Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) customer service by visiting hctra.org.
By Phone - Call HCTRA customer service at 281-875-EASY (3279).
In Person
At the TxTag Customer Service Center (CSC) located at 12719 Burnet Road in Austin, where cash, check, money order, and credit card payments are accepted. The CSC walk-up counter service is open Monday to Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
