Pay My Invoice

  Did you receive an invoice? You can close the invoice online by paying the balance due using a credit or debit card. 
  To pay by other means, follow the instructions on your invoice or visit the TxTag Customer Service Center . If you lost your invoice, you may submit a Service Request or call 1-888-468-9824 to request a duplicate invoice.

  If you have a TxTag account, log in to My TxTag Account to manage your invoices. 
What is an invoice? You will receive an invoice with toll charges if you drove on a Texas Department of Transportation toll road and did not pay cash (where available) or did not have an active TxTag or toll tag account with the North Texas Tollway Authority (TollTag) or Harris County Toll Road Authority (EZ TAG) at the time you drove the toll road.

If you have a TxTag, TollTag, or EZ TAG you may have received an invoice if your toll tag was not detected and your license plate did not match an existing account. You could also receive an invoice if your toll account did not have sufficient funds to cover your toll charges when you used the toll road. If you receive an invoice, contact your toll agency's customer service center to update your account information or to add money to your toll account: TxTag (TxDOT), EZ TAG (HCTRA), and TollTag (NTTA).
