Pay By Mail

TxDOT's toll roads were among the first in the U.S. to allow drivers to pay their tolls by mail. Customers without a toll account are mailed an statement for monthly toll charges, plus a $1.15 statement fee. Toll rates for Pay By Mail customers are one-third higher than TxTag rates to cover the additional toll processing costs.

Credit Card Online or By Phone

Pay your statement online or call the TxTag Customer Service Center at 1-888-468-9824 (International: 001-214-210-0493 ) to pay with a credit or debit card. Our automated phone service is available any time, and customer service representatives can take your call Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Check By Mail

Mail a check or money order to:

P.O. Box 650749
Dallas, TX 75265-0749.

Make check payable to "TxTag CSC" and be sure to include your statement number on the check or money order. Please allow 5-7 working days for mail delivery and posting to your account. Do not send cash in the mail.

By law, Pay By Mail statements are mailed to the vehicle owner at the address listed in the state's vehicle registration records. If you have moved since registering your vehicle, call your county tax office or download Form VTR-146 to update the address on your vehicle's title. If your address information on file with the Texas DMV is not current, you may not receive statements on time, which could result in late payment charges.

What happens if I don't pay a statement?
A Late Fee of $4.00 will be applied to all monthly statements with a past due amount.
