Pay By Mail
TxDOT's toll roads were among the first in the U.S. to allow drivers to pay their tolls by mail. Customers without a toll account are mailed an statement for monthly toll charges, plus a $1.15 statement fee. Toll rates for Pay By Mail customers are one-third higher than TxTag rates to cover the additional toll processing costs.
Ways to pay your Pay By Mail statement:
Online or By Phone
Pay your statement online or call the TxTag Customer Service Center at 1-888-468-9824 (International: 001-214-210-0493 ) to pay with a credit or debit card. Our automated phone service is available any time, and customer service representatives can take your call Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Visit the TxTag Customer Service Center in Austin where cash, check, money order, and credit card payments are accepted. Walk-up counter service is available Monday and Friday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. or Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Make check payable to "TxTag CSC" and be sure to include your statement number on the check or money order. Please allow 5-7 working days for mail delivery and posting to your account. Do not send cash in the mail.
What happens if I don't pay a statement?
A Late Fee of $4.00 will be applied to all monthly statements with a past due amount.
