  • Fee Waiver
  • NOTICE: Customers who received statements between July 2014 and January 2015 that included Pay By Mail toll transaction postings from July 2012 through March 2014, that included escalated fees, will have those fees dismissed. If fees have been paid, a credit to your account will be issued by the system and the adjustment will be shown on your next statement. Customers will still be responsible for paying the amount of the original tolls. There is no further action needed from customers at this time. Thank you.

  • Suspicious Emails
  • There are emails being sent to Texas tolling agency customers claiming that drivers owe money for unpaid tolls. There is no evidence that this is affecting TxTag customers, but we want customers to be aware that if you receive a suspicious email regarding unpaid tolls, please contact http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx to file a formal complaint. This site is dedicated to sharing information on internet crimes with law enforcement agencies.

  • Increased Call Volume
  • The TxTag Customer Service Center is experiencing an increased call volume due to the release of customer statements. TxTag is working with their vendor to increase the number of staff and phone lines available to better assist customers. Please click here to submit your toll inquiry via email.   • Increased Toll Rates
  • On January 1, 2015 new toll rates will go into effect for the following Austin-area toll roads: Loop 1, SH 45N, SH 45SE and SH 130 Segments 1-4 (from I-35/Georgetown to 183/Mustang Ridge) and Grand Parkway (Segments D, E, and I-2) in the Houston area. Toll rates on other roads in Texas may also be increasing and customers are encouraged to visit the websites of other toll operators to get the latest information.   • Alternating Lane Closures for SH 130 Mainlanes and Frontage Roads

    Nighttime alternating single lane closures of SH 130 mainlanes and frontage roads near SH 71. Closures will occur between 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., October 28-30. Traffic will be maintained in all directions. Work will proceed weather permitting.
