In the Austin area, two different vehicle classification systems are used on toll roads. As a result, for a small number of vehicle types such as delivery trucks, the vehicle class will be different depending on the toll roads driven, which can affect toll rates. Most passenger vehicles are not affected and will be classified the same way on all roadways.
